Anyone can write a sentence about being “professional” and “reliable.” It means a lot less than hearing it from the people who actually had the team on site — in their bathroom, on their roof, or in their complex’s common areas. So instead of telling you why Dampcon is worth calling; here’s what our own customers have said, in their own words.
Residential Damp & Waterproofing
Damp doesn’t always show up once and stay gone — which is exactly why repeat customers are some of the best people to ask.
“I have used Dampcon before for repairing damp walls in my bathroom. This time the team repaired damp walls caused by a leaking flat roof in 2 more rooms. The team was professional and worked with care and consideration. Tanya communicated regularly re progress and scheduling. I have no hesitation in recommending Dampcon and I will use them again if necessary.”— Hilary H, Google review
“I had an excellent experience with John Jenkins and Dampcon Johannesburg. They resolved my damp problems with superb plastering, sealing, and painting, while keeping communication clear and professional throughout. Highly recommended for their quality workmanship and reliable service!” — Elzette, “Sterling service delivery by Dampcon”
Roofing & Complexes
Not every job is a single home — roofing clients and body corporates need the same reliability, just at a bigger scale.
“Great service, professional team, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this roofing company!” — Gameeda
“Efficient, great work and just got what we needed done! Thanks Dampcon always!” — Home Owners, residential complex
A Decade of Trust, And a Clean Site Every Time
Some of our favourite feedback isn’t about a single job — it’s about years of consistency.
“My interaction with Dampcon spans over 10 years. I have found that the services they provide are of a very high standard. As a client, I find their warranties and — most important of all — their aftersales service extremely reliable and consistent. Dampcon, keep up the good work and professional service your clients are used to.” — Sanjeev S
“A perfect job — friendly interactions, a great team on site, arrived and finished on time, work professionally done, spotless when they left.” — Chris Reynolds
“I had a very positive experience with Dampcon. They were punctual, polite, well supervised and extremely efficient while working on site. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They are highly recommended.” — Trevor
Even the paperwork agrees — a handwritten job sign-off left on a recent site read simply: “Thank you to the guys for good work. They did a nice job on the plaster & paint and left the room clean & tidy. Thank you.”
